Cookie Policy

This page lists the cookies and similar browser storage SIQA uses, what each one does, and how long it lasts. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Your current choice
You have not made a choice. No analytics cookies are set until you accept.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the site to work: signing in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your cookie choice. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off without breaking the Service.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sessionid | Keeps you signed in. | Up to 8 hours |
csrftoken | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | 1 year |
messages | Carries one-time notices (for example, "Settings saved") to the next page. | Session |
siqa_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies. | 12 months |
2. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
These help us understand how the site is used. They are set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, none of them are written and the Microsoft Clarity script is not downloaded.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells returning visitors apart. | 2 years |
_ga_<id> | Google Analytics | Groups activity into sessions. | 2 years |
_clck | Microsoft Clarity | Keeps a Clarity user ID and preferences. | 1 year |
_clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Links page views into a single session recording. | 1 day |
CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR, SM | Microsoft (clarity.ms) | Set by Microsoft on its own domain to identify the browser across Clarity sites and route data. | Session to 1 year |
Google Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode. Before you choose, the tag loads but is held in a "denied" state: it writes no cookies and sends Google only cookieless pings without visitor identifiers, which Google uses for aggregate modelling. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
3. Browser storage
The signed-in app also uses your browser's local storage to remember interface preferences. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to SIQA or anyone else.
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
siqa_sidebar | Remembers whether the sidebar is collapsed. |
analysisProgress.brand_<id> | Restores the progress display if you reload during an analysis. |
siqa_sdk_platform_tab | Remembers the last platform tab on the SDK install page. |
4. Third parties
Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them; neither sets cookies. When you add a payment method, our payment provider's secure card form may set its own cookies to process the card safely. Those are governed by the provider's own policy.
5. Managing cookies
Use the Change your cookie choice button above at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
