Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SIQA ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SIQA platform, websites, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, email address, username, and password.
- Brand and project data — domains, brands, competitors, prompts, and content you submit for analysis.
- Billing information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send to support or sales.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and similar technical information.
- Cookies — used for authentication, preferences, and security (see Section 8).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- To measure visibility and generate analytics, scores, and recommendations;
- To authenticate users and secure accounts;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions;
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and security issues;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics, under contractual data-protection obligations.
- AI and data providers — to run analyses, we may send query and brand context to third-party model providers; we do not send your account password.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SIQA, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and preference cookies (for example, to remember your light/dark theme). You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@siqa.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
