Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SIQA platform, websites, APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SIQA ("SIQA", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SIQA measures and helps optimize how brands appear across AI search and answer engines — including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity — through Share of Answer analytics, autonomous agents, content tooling, and related features. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
To use most features you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Trials, Subscriptions, and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe; we do not require a credit card to start a trial.
- Usage-metered features are subject to the limits of your plan. Exceeding a limit may pause the relevant feature until you upgrade or the cycle resets.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- Use automated means to access the Service outside our documented APIs and rate limits.
5. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the brands, domains, content, and other data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant SIQA a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
The Service relies on third-party large language models and external data sources. Scores, citations, recommendations, and other outputs are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate and can change as underlying models change. Outputs are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by SIQA and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties (for example, AI providers, CMS platforms, and payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIQA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to SIQA in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SIQA harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
