Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for SIQA subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
- New businesses can try SIQA free for 14 days. Trials are limited to one per business.
- Depending on the offer, starting a trial may require verifying that you own your domain and adding a payment method.
- A trial does not turn into a paid plan automatically. When it ends, your account's paid features stop unless you choose a plan.
- Adding a card for a trial does not charge it. Some card networks and banks show a small temporary authorization, which is released without being collected.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then and are not charged again.
- There are no cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused usage allowances, or downgrades.
We will refund a payment when:
- you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled; or
- a refund is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund or cancellation that you have under the law of your country.
4. How to request a refund
Email legal@siqaai.com from the email address on your account. Include the date and amount of the charge and the reason for the request, and we will reply to confirm the outcome.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear on your statement.
